I know a lot of people have “wish trees” but this is by far the most creative version that I have seen

I really like the leaves as aisle markers. and for a close up on the bridesmaids:

and i’m loving the wheat bouquets.

so much inspiration here – this is the first wedding where i wish i could call the bride and talk to her. they both seem like they’d be awesome people to know.

Bride and groom made these to cover up some AC units during the ceremony and just moved them for the reception. In a big space – they do an amazing job (sectioning off a big lofty-type room with style).

mystery shoes revisted

October 8, 2009

It was a long wait, but it was totally worth it! Those shoes I was admiring (see this post) … well the entire wedding is almost exactly like what i’ve been picturing in my head as our “big picture”. It’s very hard to not repost the original in its entirety from Once Wed, so here are only a couple of my favorites. I urge you to check out the rest – it’s beautiful.

if this was hanging over the door to the room that i’d be getting ready in … i’d definitely start to feel a little giddy.

I know i have kind of settled on using reds and purples as my “colors” but orange-y red and green has been catching my attention a lot lately …

i know you can add the black border in photoshop … but i swoon everytime i see it. old photographs (and those that are made to look like old photographs) are always the best.

Possible ideas for ceremony backdrop (read: if ceremony is in loft type space – this may work). Yes, it would take a lot of work but its amazing.

I would do neutral colors (so that it wouldn’t take away from anything).
